Lens purchase
I ordered a lens from eGlobal on the 17th December, and Toll tried to deliver on the 20th December, and apparently also on the 21st December. We were home all day on the Saturday. Unfortunately Toll requires a signature to deliver. This I have no problem with, but they did not leave any delivery note nor any other communication so had no idea that the item was there. I contacted eGlobal on the 2nd January, and they provided the tracking number and where the item was within minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend eGlobal but be aware that Toll on my experience do not leave any communication if no one is there to sign for the item.

small problem dealt with quickly
I ordered a Nikon AF-S Teleconverter TC-17E II Lense for immediate use and due to an oversight by eglobal the order was not processed immediately. However as soon as I realised that there was something wrong I contacted them and the lense was then dispatched that same day.
The lense still arrived by the time that I needed it and their costomer service department were extremely efficient.

Good price but bad service
I ordered an Instax camera with films for my sister's birthday so I chose Express Shipping. The delivery came in 3 days as expected, but it was a worse model which was half the price of which I had initially ordered. I sent a complaint and was assisted within 15 minutes. We agreed that they sent me another patch of films. It was fine for the inexpensive products but I won't purchase expensive things there as I don't want to have unpleasant surprise anymore.

Super quick delivery and high quality product
I ordered a lens for a Nikon Twin Lens DSLR from E-Global Digital Cameras for a reasonable price for such a specialised camera lens and was really pleased. The items was professionally packed and after ordering on Saturday the product arrived the following Friday.
