I ordered some drinks after I found a code for a further 15% off drinks, I ordered a lot of coke and Red Bull all of which arrived intact and all present.
It also arrived 30 mins before the designated time so I'm glad I was home to collect (didn't receive email/phone warning).
Either way, the products were cheap and I'm happy with what I got. The driver was very friendly too.
I was desperately trying to find a brand of baby formula made from goat's milk at the time of this order. I literally called 20 supermarkets and chemists with the same answer: no stock, unknown ETA for further stock.
So imagine my delight when I found this exact item on the Woolworths' website! I bought the maximum I could purchase right away, paid via credit card and booked for pick it up the next day.
And then the disappointment.. I received an email advising the item wasn't in stock and my payment would be reversed.
I asked the customer service agent via email if they could kindly tell me which store would have stock. After a few emails to and fro, they mentioned a store near my home. I drove there the next day and, as though the heavens had opened, I found an entire 2 rows of the milk I was looking for. Woolworths had been redeemed by this fabulous staff member who went out of their way to help me.
Our family has used the Woolworths Home Delivery Service several times now. Infact, I think yesterday was our 5th or 6th time. Prior to yesterday's order, they had all been on time, good quality products and delivered direct to our dining table with care. Today however, all the fresh food is squashed, bruised and damaged. Boxes of frozen items were ripped open at the top from bad handling, my 2 dozen organic eggs were tossed onto the table and to make the experience worse.... There was 2 items missing. So unfortunately I was forced to phone the customer service line. When I informed them of the situation they of course apologised but here is the problem.... Their response was to offer me a refund, that would take 5 business days to clear, so i could re-order it and pay again to have it delivered tomorrow. I ordered the goods today Woolworths!!! Hello!!! Anyway, despite the obvious lack of customer service already shown to me after my $103 shop.... The complaints lady informed me I would be sent a coupon code to cover the second delivery cost. But, don't be fooled!! It is nothing short of deceitful tactics, because when the code arrived for me to use, there was a minimum spend clause attached to it. Instead of me just paying $12 to re-order the 2 items, I would have to spend a minimum $30 to use the coupon and get my delivery cost covered. Well Woolworths, you can keep my $12 from the items you failed to deliver, take back your so called free delivery coupon code.... Because as of now.... This family will be shopping online with Coles.

The layout of the website makes it very easy to use and search for products. And the iPhone/Android app is also very useful. Shipping was fast and hassle-free. Bought around a lot of things when they had free shipping, including around 3 dozen cans of tuna, shampoo, toilet paper, chips, etc.
User friendly site, items easy to find and search for. Once you have done intial shop you can access past items as favourites which makes it easier to add the staples you buy regulary.
Delivery windows are flexible and I never have issues getting the window I need.
Delivery service is reliable and delivery person brings items into the house where you advise it to be left.
Also there is substitute option if item is out of stock. This way you don't miss out as an alternative is provided.
Having 2 kids, doing online groceries is my saviour. It also makes buying bulky items more practical to manage eg: washing powder, nappies, beer, water, soft drinks, toilet paper as its delivered straight to your door.
Online you still get access to specials.
Customer service is good too, if an item is damaged or not correct, quick call to them the operator will refund the item and apologise for the issue. Nice, friendly customer serivce representatives. Would recommend this site.
Ordered late Saturday afternoon and the order turned up the next day at 11am on the dot (as requested) friendly delivery driver.
Bit of an issue,i ordered 1.5kg of purple carrots but when i weighed them the total weight came to 1.35kg,i informed Woolworths of this issue and they promptly refunded the cost of the carrots.
This website is the perfect solution to my busy schedule. I bought all my groceries from the online shop including fresh meats! The site was very easy to use. I didn't take long to shop because I could type in any keyword to search for an item that I had in mind. The cart helped me keep track of my total spending and I could delete items that I didn't really need. I opted for pick-up from a Woolworths nearby work. I love that I could select a pick-up time frame that would suit me best. When I went to the customer service counter,all I had to do was to show them my order confirmation and ID. It didn't take long for someone to roll out a trolley with all my groceries. Goods were neatly packed in bags, sorted by item type (eg; fruits and vegies together in a bag).
