There was a great buy 3 get 2 free sale after Christmas so I took advantage of the offer by ordering some items I had already saved onto my wishlist.

The cold shoulder shift dress was nice and simple however it did not fit me well so I returned this via free return option which was really good that I did not have to pay return fees.

I placed an order with The Iconic after receiving a promotional voucher to use on their website. I must say that had it not been for the voucher, I would never have been inclined to purchase from The Iconic and even with the voucher, I struggled to find something I wanted to buy.
In the end, I found two scarves that I really liked the look of and placed my order. I found the website easy to use, the ordering process was simple and the follow up communication was really good.
My order arrived really quickly and was very well packed. I must say that I am really impressed. The scarves are really lovely, they are just what I was looking for and they were well priced, with the voucher, they were a bargain.

This is my second purchase from the Iconic and I am impressed! Orders are processed quickly and postage is fast, especially considering that I ordered over the holiday period. Everything is really well packed and they often include vouchers for other retailers which is nice. So far i have only bought dresses but they are great quality!
