I bought Asus ZenFone2 on 21 October, specially for my husband B day gift.And i delivered on time.But i delivered faulty phone.I tried to touch the screen,not good response.I was struggle more than a hour.Then i straight way contact customer service.First day they want video,then i sent video,after that couple of days no response.Again contact to them.Then another story ,they need photos.They told me to restart or factory reset.I tried to do everything,but nothing happened.This is a new phone and i paid full amount and i want in good condition,not to reset or waste time for nothing.I resend again.10 days gone,did not get any response cause they don't care about customer.Again contact to customer service,then he told me is already fixed and we will email you when they will post.No email,no response.After couple of days i delivered.Again same shit.Nothing change.I was soo disappointed and feel stressed.My heart was crying .Now i again contact customer service,same procedure again,photos,videos..they think that we are soo free.I am thinking i should complain to fair trading that all the solution.I will never go again to kogan. I requested to all my friends even pay extra to store , tension free.
Kogan withdrew over $1060 from my credit card without proper verification. After four days, they still have my money.
I have tried to contact them, but they don't list their email address on their mobile website. When I contacted them through Facebook, I was quickly blocked from messaging or leaving comments.
Is this an acceptable way for an online store to treat its customers? If this is how online shopping works, I want no part of it.
I ordered a 40" TV from Kogan and it came over a week before it was due to dispatch, I received 3 emails saying when it would arrive and it arrived on time. I haven't had any problems with it yet and all seems good. I would shop at Kogan again.
CHARGED $45 POSTAGE COST-WHEN IT WAS FLAT RATE $9.99!!!!!
Today I bought a heap of stuff from the Kogan pantry online, the shipping was a flat rate $9.99, or so I thought. Upon checkout, they gave you no sub-total including the postage price-which I was suss about-only the grand total of the goods purchased.
It wasn't until I got the email receipt that I almost choked! I had been charged $45 for postage!!! WTF!!! I am not happy at all. Why I was charged so much is a mystery. What a sneaky and deceptive thing to do-especially to a new first time customer.
I am hoping to cancel my order and I may have to contact Fair Trading if I get the royal bumsteer. Will keep you updated of this disaster and how it pans out. Wish me luck!
Kogan conveniently posted out all my items and then responded with 'too bad for you". I have put in a complaint with Fair Trading + awaiting response. If they don't agree I will lodge a complaint with the bank. I was over charged $35 postage as I bought free items also. This Kogan company are very sneaky and there is no sub total for postage when you combine items. Don't let this happen to you!
I was desperate to get a case for my Surface Pro 3 and could not find a decent, good quality one anywhere except on Amazon...problem is they don't ship to Australia so whilst I kept looking I came across the NVS one and I was happy to see it was being sold at Kogan for about $20 less than other places.
So I quickly ordered it and it arrived in 4 business days packaged in an appropriately sized box. Very happy with my purchase, the case is of great quality and it took little time to get to me.
Bought a Sony Z3 phone because I like quality products. Arrived a couple of weeks later with a cheap, poorly finished charger branded Kogan nowhere near the Sony quality, not impressed. The phone had a technical fault, ok it happens. Contact Kogan, and told to reset the phone which I did to no effect. They told me to take a photo of both sides and email it to them which I refused as I don't have a camera and the problem is inside the phone and when I asked they gave me no reasonable answer why they needed the photos in my situation. When I still refused they said it would take days for the manager to contact me.
After posting a negative review on another website they replied immediately with another request. I answered the first 2 questions but couldn't answer the 3rd because there is no serial number on the phone or packaging. I believe their guarantee policies are designed to make customers jump through a few hoops to sort out the serious complaints from the not so serious, and if you don't play ball they will make it hard for you. Given the incredible buying experiences I have had buying stuff from all over the world, I will never buy another thing from this company. I could have bought it cheaper through Hong Kong websites with less hassle.
