Good store, terrible courier
DWI as a store was nothing but a great shopping experience. However, the courier used (DHL) was terrible. I ordered a mobile phone from DWI and opted to use the faster shipping option. Needless to say, it took a lot longer to get here than it should have.
I'll definitely shop with DWI again, although I wish they would change couriers. Won't be bothering with the quicker shipping though.

Lost Order
Emailed that shipment was to be sent on 14 July, sent two subsequent emails saying item was waiting for courier pick up from DWI warehouse. Finally I telephoned to be told order 'lost' in the system, but they searched their records & finally shipped it on 25 July. Slowest & most confused purchase I have ever had.

I bought my Sennheiser R70 Wireless Headphones at the best price I could find from DWI and it only took 4 days to get them, with tracking communication along the way. Hard to fault.
Very comfortable head set with very good sound quality, downside is ear cups are a bit too big. DWI offer free delivery and it arrived within a week without any problem, I'm very please with this purchase.
