I ordered 2 bunches of flowers to be sent on mothers day to 2 people, one on the 1st and one on the 2nd of May to be sent at the end of the week as I was overseas for mothers day. my mother in laws' flowers did not arrive until 2 days after mothers day. I was greatly disappointed to find this had happened

the order that turned up 3 days late was Order No. 1240765. was due for delivery on 7th May, if that was not possible it should have been delivered on the 6th as it was stated for Mothers Day. thank you for your return email. regards Lorraine
Bloomex is my preferred source for flowers. They've never disappointed me, in terms of service. I've ordered from them often and will continue to do so
I have ordered many times from Bloomex and have been happy with the service and products provided. With this order the flowers started dying the following day after delivery. The company responded to my complaint right away and are sending out a replacement order.
You can't ask for anything more from a company.

I have just ordered with Bloomex for the first time and I couldn't be happier. The prices and order customization were exactly what I was looking for. I did however have one general enquiry and nearly turned away instead of trying the live chat, as they usually don't work on other sites. But much to my surprise there was someone on the other end and was able to answer my questions straight away...that is a huge plus for me.

This store is very user friendly. I didn't have much time available to order some "emergency" flowers and I found it very easy to find and order what I was looking for.I need flowers delivered by tomorrow as an early Mother's Day present, but mainly because it will be my Dad's birthday tomorrow and I know Mum will be sad because he is no longer with us. I purchased a beautiful arrangement of 50 blooms (Alstroemeria) as I know they will present well and last for a long time as well.
