Disappointed in flower description and customer service
I ordered online. Delivery was not available for same day delivery. This was advised by email and not by a telephone call. The delivery was made following afternoon after I had been hung up on twice from customer service and two online chat helpers did not make any comments to my questions.
I ordered Scrumptious Blossoms which is described as a mixture of delightful blossoms including daisies and roses with greenery. There is not one rose in the arrangement. I do understand that things do not always come exact as a photo but this was nothing like what I thought I paid for. The arrangement was all purple daisies with 4 white daisies and two or three yellow daisies or something else. I am not happy with the service or the arrangement that I have paid $34.95 for. At least they came in the vase I ordered and the card. Vase is lovely, thanks.
I just love these guys and use them frequently, never an issue! professionals. I have shopped with them for some time now and am looked after for my return business
Well I'm jealous that I haven't been treated as great as you have, as I am a frequent customer for the prices, but their customer service is extremely poor.
Very fast and easy transaction very happy. Hope to see some great flowers for my step mother in Brisbane. Pricing is great, delivery fee maybe a bit pricey but happy to pay for good flowers
Our friend who loved sunflowers died on April 16th - no funeral. I ordered a large sunflower bouquet pictured on the Bloomex website(below left) over the telephone with an agent for his widow. A small, half dead bouquet of another type of yellow flowers (below centre)was delivered. We ordered a sympathy card with a condolence message from the friends. A red and black card with no message and no indication of the senders was sent. Bloomex repeatedly made excuses and promised to resend. The total bill was $82.50. When nothing arrived by May 5th, another florist was contacted. A less expensive beautiful bigger bouquet of sunflowers arrived.
I asked for my money back from Bloomex. They said that they could resend the flowers but they could only credit $58.98 to my account for future purchases. So I said resend with a card to my mother for Mother's Day. The flowers arrived (below right)at my home not my mother's, addressed to the widow not my mother, with a card without the message I had sent.
Order flowers the night before to be delivered the next day for my Mother for Mothers Day. Received a confirmation email the following morning saying all processed. Somebody stayed home all day waiting and nothing arrived. Rang the 1800 number from the website and keep going to voicemail. Used the online chat and the agent said that they had my details and they would escalate it to the manager. Have not heard a thing back. This is the first and very last time I will use this very reliable company.

I have even had a time where they didn't even deliver my flowers, nor did they tell me about it.
But overall when they actually get it right, its worth it.
