I ordered flowers for my mum and have instruction for delivery in 4 days . The days came and went and my mum still did not get her flowers. I called (from overseas as I'm in the uk and mum in in Oz... Super expensive) still no reply but a single 'our manager is looking into this'. I waited another 2 days, still nothing. I called again and asked for a refund. No one could help. At the very last minute and too late for me to make other arrangements for Mother's Day as it is late Friday, the sent an email with a refund .. Thanks bloomex for nothing. WORST .FLORIST.EVER!

Ordered flowers for my secretary for Secretary's Day which was the next day. Paid for next day delivery and the flowers never arrived. Rang approximately 5- 6 times and also sent an email however no-one resolved anything - they were 'looking into it'. Finally today (the 12th of May) I got hold of someone who actually wanted to be of some assistance who advised I would be refunded. I asked what about the flowers - I would still like them sent but wanted a refund of the delivery fee. Apparently it was refund only. They couldn't refund the delivery. In the end I have said I want the flowers upgraded. Apparently being delivered on Wednesday....but I won't hold my breath. Just glad they weren't for a funeral, or I probably would be dead by the time they arrived.

Never use this company - they delivered on the wrong day (after me double checking it would be mothers day), the flowers were wilted and the bunch mainly consisted of leaves and the card wasn't signed. Advised the company three times of the problem and no response - and the live operator closed the session the first time I complained and the second time showed no interest in fixing the problem and said "ok" when I advised I will be reversing the payment. Now a credit card dispute is taking place.

Wow what a prompt reply - not! No the issue was never resolved - you are a bunch of rip off merchants. I hope your business fails sooner rather than later.
Wish I had Googled this company before I ordered flowers. ordered flowers on the 8th of May for delivery on the 9th of May. first delivery attempt was made on Saturday morning but as it was a business (this was noted in my initial order) no delivery. God bless the courier company because they tried to deliver half dead flowers on Monday!! I started contacting this poor excuse of a company Friday afternoon, Saturday, Monday and today and I am disgusted at the lack of service and ownership of this.
I have asked for a full refund as they did not deliver on the goods and services that I paid for and was told it's not Company policy - they can stick that company policy where the sun don't shine.
Will never use them again and will tell everyone I know not to use them and will be posting negative feedback everywhere. Will also be going to Consumer Affairs and Office of Fair Trading

The flowers arrived at my Mothers for Mothers Day. 3 of the flowers were alive. The rest of the bunch was dead, there was stalks sticking up from a stem where the dead flowers had visibly been cut off before they sent them. Numerous phone calls, numerous emails ignored! finally my Mother got through to someone who said no refund would be given but fresh flowers redelivered! Those never arrived.! This is an appalling business. Don't recommend! They even delete the bad reviews on facebook for Australia and Canada Bloomex. I have seen over 100 complaints this past Mothers Day, disappear! You have to be kidding me Bloomex!

PERHAPS you should go there and see all the other people that are testimony of Bloomex and its poor service and check the many credit card disputes against Bloomex. You are rated an F on the Better. This is what my Mom received: It wasn’t plastic wrapped very well and fell apart when Mom pulled it out of the box and had a Christmas bow wrapped around it. It contained assorted chocolate varieties such as choc pretzels, tiramisu wafer rolls,choc filled wafers, choc waffle crunch bars, truffle cookies, choc cookie crisps, tiramisu filled wafers, butter crunch toffee almonds, butter cookies, sugar glazed cookies, peppermint choc drops, and breadsticks.

I ordered well before Mother's day and I am easy to contact if any changes needed to be made. I would have cancelled the order had I known they were out of product.
I am so sorry you had such a shitty experience! That's absolutely appalling, this business is a huge huge scam. It disgusts me they are still in business, shut them down before more and more consumers fall victim to their unethical ways :(
I do hope you had a wonderful mothers' day with your mum though, regardless of the gifts. It's the presence not the presents that matters x
Absolute crap service. Please don't order flowers from this company. Still haven't received the flowers and im not holding my breath.. Absolute joke. They should not have a next day delivery service if they cant produce it
