I have used Bloomex twice now. The ordering is so easy I received instant confirmation and they kept me informed till the order was delivered to my very happy family. My family were gobsmacked at how beautifully presented the flowers and hampers were delivered. The flowers were so fresh and totally amazing!!! I have sent flowers through other florists but never again it's Bloomex only for me now Thank you for delivering what is promised Fantastic service
Just a quick heads up to anyone who reads this glowingly positive review and are interested in Bloomex, this company is highly UNRELIABLE. They receive many complaints and are an unethical business.
The Canadian Better Business Bureau (BBB) continues to give Bloomex its lowest possible rating, an "F".

Long stem roses were delivered on specified day for 15 year wedding anniversary. Paid for an upgrade on dozen roses and received 15 roses. Roses were de-thorned and lasted a week. Wife was delighted. The price was the cheapest available after searching numerous websites.
Hello person reading this review! I just wanted to let you know that it is uncertain how genuine these reviews for Bloomex really are.
I, myself, have never shopped here and have been turned off from ever shopping here due to the negative reputation they have (quickly do a Google search: the business doesn't fulfill orders properly or at all, poor communication from customer service - it's quite a risk).
Jacqueline. Above was a genuiine review. Not sure why you are so obsessed with denigrating this business when you by your own admission have never actualy shopped there.
To date I purchased from here twice - wedding anniversary and Valentines Day - and in both cases my wife was delighted and Bloomex delivered as agreed.
If they were were sub-standard I would have let them know.
I am not sure why you have copied and pasted so many negative repsonses to reviews here etc. when you have not bought from them, unless you are a disgruntled competitor whose prices are undercut by Bloomex.
From what I read of Bloomex' responses to disgruntled customers, they displayed concern that there was an issue and expressed a willingness to rectify.
This is a precaution I am taking as Bloomex are a business whom take money off people without fulfilling their end of the transaction. What harm do my words inflict upon a business that prides itself on service? If they were truly confident, my words would not threaten anything.
If I were a business owner I would have respect for the industry, I would not indulge in foul play to bring a competitor down.
I would also have respect for the customer, they are your entire existence - without customers your business is nothing (unless you're not for profit) so I strongly advise Bloomex to reconsider their actions. You most definitely will head into decline if you keep your dodgy services up.
Also, Bloomex have done NOTHING to rectify the situation, read the pages carefully.

I have disputed the credit card payment and will get my money back - I advise all of your customers to do this if they are dissatisfied with your level of service - that would be most of them reading the reviews that I wish I had read before placing my order (anyone thinking of using Bloomex please google Bloomex reviews and complaints BEFORE you place your order. If you're serious about addressing my complaint please prove it and call me - mobile number (personal details removed). I'm tired of getting fobbed off with your standard corporate replies and no genuine customer service - you could start by calling me to discuss in person
PS I won't be holding my breath waiting for you to call!!!

Jacqueline I have had 2 successful purchases, you have made 0 attempts at purchases. Between the 2 of us Bloomex has let no-one down yet you have written dozens of negative comments. If you had made 2 unsuccessful purchases, it would make sense, but when you have never delt with them, how can your comments have credibility?
On the other hand, as a reviewer, I have credibility in posting 100+ reviews for stores I have shopped at.
You have only ever posted 1 review and for Bloomex. Don't you tell me what credibility is or try to get me to buy off Bloomex so I can write my genuine review, pfft.

The process was fast, prices were value for money, notification emails came through with both an invoice and regular updates about delivery tracking. Recipients were delighted at the floral arrangement, fresh, presented in a lovely flower box and cheerful colour/flower choice. Happy with the result, thanks Bloomex, I will order through you again. After checking with an operator BEFORE ordering whether my order would be same day delivery, (as it stated otherwise on website)
They assured me if i ordered before 11am they would arrive today if it was in Sydney. Turns out they don't.
At 4pm i tried to contact someone in Sydney Office but the phone diverted to an internet phone for an office in Canada. Apparently by 4pm the office in Sydney is closed.
There was no one i could speak to regarding my order, as it had obviously not arrived same day as promised.
As it is after hours in Canada at 4pm AEST, there was no manager or ANYONE who could help me out.
As a result the only chance I had to get the flowers delivered passed.
There was "nothing they could" apparently.
This is unacceptable for a flower delivery business. Don't believe they operate out of Australia because they DO NOT!!!
I don't even know if I'm getting a refund but there is absolutely no point in the arriving tomorrow.
Not only this, but now it has ruined this very special day. I have no flowers, I'm in a foul mood for our dinner tonight,
STEAR CLEAR of this disgusting money hungry grabbing, uncaring, pathetic excuse for a business.

Once the flowers have been prepared and the courier picks them up, we cannot call them back and they will arrive at the delivery address. There is a lot of choice in colour range, size and how I wish to have my flowers sent in.The best part is the price! Suits my budget.The recipients of my flowers are very pleased so that makes me happy.Purchasing online is much quicker.My initial orders over the phone in the past took too long...thanks
I made my order online checking that the same day delivery was available. It was confirmed a delivery time of between12-5pm. When nothing had arrived at 5pm I rang. Customer service very poor could barely speak English had no desire help with the problem. When I asked for a refund that was unable to done. Even though I said at this point I don't want them delivered the next day, the moment had passed it was too late. They delivered them anyway and then would not refund. Poor poor service. Never again they don't have same day delivery and they don't have customer service skills. They are a SCAM company and I wish I had read the reviews earlier I wouldn't have ordered. But never again. You might get my money once but not twice. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Ordered Mother's Day flower package only to receive a tiny bunch of half wilted flowers in a box, a box of after dinner mints (about $3 from Coles?) and the teddy & card.
Was very unhappy that the flowers were already wilted and petals dropping off on arrival! This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them only to be let down.
