I ordered online, received a confirmation and then a notice when the order was out for delivery. SHIPPING - Arrived on the day specified. PRICING - Far better than many others. Flowers are exorbitantly expensive around Australia and this company offers some of the lowest prices that I have seen. All in all I was satisfied and would use them in the future.

I set up an order for my good friend's birthday in mid-February for delivery at the beginning of March. Was nice to 'set it and forget it'. My friend was pleasantly surprised by the gesture and the flowers arrived on the right day... She messaged me some photos and they looked lovely. Great experience!!

Look, the major difference? THE 1-star reviewers have really long reviews, they got very specific with their problems and I can tell they are genuine people. The 5-star reviewers are vague as hell.

A quick Google search reveals a plethora of 1-star reviews so from absolute 1-star to crazy glowing 5-star reviews is freaking crazy.

I have used Bloomex on a number of occasions. Feedback from everyone who has received their flowers is that they look stunning, are beautifully presented and last for ages.
Just a quick heads up to anyone who reads this glowingly positive review and are interested in Bloomex, this company is highly UNRELIABLE. They receive many complaints and are an unethical business.
The Canadian Better Business Bureau (BBB) continues to give Bloomex its lowest possible rating, an "F".

These people are easy to deal with, and they keep you informed from ordering to delivery. The prices are very affordable and they also send you specials on a regular basis. Very good customer service and have been dealing with them for a year and will continue doing so.

I was using a different florist for quite some time, but found that every time I ordered, their prices had gone up significantly. I started to feel that although I was a loyal customer, I was was being taken advantage of. That's when I decided to start shopping around for a different florist. Many other online florists offer the same generic products at hugely inflated prices, but when I came across Bloomex, the thing that struck me the most was that their prices were significantly lower than other online florists and they had some unique offerings. Although I still feel flowers in general are overpriced, at least Bloomex is among the cheapest online florists and every other aspect of their service has been without fault. I've now ordered from them at least five times and the order has always arrived on time and in excellent condition. I will definitely be purchasing from Bloomex again.

I recently used Bloomex to deliver surprise flowers to a friend of mine. They arrived swiftly, in great condition and looked even more beautiful than the website photos. I came across Bloomex after my husband used them several times to send me flowers. Being both a sender and a receiver (and they ALWAYS arrived on time!) I am so genuinely thrilled with their service. It is a shame there are a few negative reviews, because between my husband and I we have ordered approximately 12 lots of flowers and never had any worries! Thanks Bloomex- keep up the good work :)

I ordered flowers online from Bloomex yesterday for my sister in-law. The process of ordering was super easy and their range was out of this world. My sister in-law just called to tell me the flowers arrived and they were beautiful. They were delivered exactly when they said they would be delivered.
