Ordered sane day delivery, rang to confirm was told it was all good. Rang next day, still had not arrived. Rang third day, told they were delivered to wrong address (what you can't see a big hospital and the details i provide are correct, courier says not their problem but yours..???) told I would be refunded same day delivery and a new bunch delivered straight away. Day four still no flowers, was told a manager would call me on day three, waited, waited contacted again to be told manager must have gone home. They just lie to get you off their backs
This is the first time I ordered from bloomex and it will be my last time also. I ordered for my husbands 30th birthday. I even paid for a delivery fee of $14.95 which most of the other flower delivery do it for free. The flower has NEVER turned up!
I called their service number at the end of the day and a girl called Wendy answered the phone and said she can't tell me why the flower is NOT delivered. She will need to check and reply me by email or phone call by the next morning! What a piece of crap! Why would I want to know why my flower is not delivered on next day when the birthday is already over.
I requested refund or a callback within an hour, she refused and said she can't do anything.
At the end she hang up on me. This is absolutely the WORST experience I have ever from any service industry!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! YOU WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
Bloomex took my order to deliver flowers to my partner for her birthday. They didn't deliver the flowers, provided no explanation, and didn't even apologise, saying the flowers could be delivered 5 days later!
After I complained they told me the reason they didn't deliver is that my flower of choice (roses) was not available at my time of order. Then why did they take my order??
We purchased a bunch of flowers as a gift only for them to not turn up, after contacting them 3 days after expected delivery date. When we called they had emailed (knowing it would go to spam- no phone call) to advise delivery would be postponed. When I called they were not helpful and said would call back in 24 hours, this didn't happen and after another call 48 hours later a delivery was finally made 5 days late. No apology at all

I placed an order for flowers for a funeral I was not able to attend 2 days in advance. There was then an avalanche of emails about the status of the order-one of these said the order had been delivered a day early. I contacted Bloomex and they said everything was fine the order would proceed at the allotted time and place. A day after the funeral I was contacted to say that the flowers were not delivered on time, they were a day late and dead and would I like to have them resent-not very helpful when the funeral was the day before.
I was given a store credit of the original amount, nothing for the inconvenience and embarrassment of not having the flowers at the funeral-very poor customer service!!
Two orders in one week, both not delivered when promised, even though I paid for same day delivery. customer service not even bothered to reply to my emails.
I ordered a center table piece for a large family christmas dinner. It was ordered in advance (not last miute) and planned for delivery 24/12/15. I was away so could not go and select the flowers myself as I usually would so I used Bloomex.
This was a huge mistake!
They confirmed the order and took my money! Then did not deliver. No phone call, no email (oh except the one confirming my order and delivery date/time!) I went to the live online chat as no-one was answering their phone.
1st I was told there was no update.... then that the flowers were sent with Fastway and they didn't deliver on time... Oh and BTW they (and us) are closed until 4th Jan..... Then they said we can't make anything until 4/1.... Which was it?.... Fastway didn't deliver but you made it OR you can't make it.....
Then they were extremely rude when I said it was poor service and said " No. That's Christmas. Lot's of orders. Lots of problems with delivery. Fastway accepted our orders for delivery. They didn't answer us since tomorrow'.... Which doesn't even make sense!
I told them to notify their manager that we require a refund then never heard a word back!
If I spoke to people that way I would be unemployed!
