Bloomex is my go-to florist for floral delivery. Their website is easy to navigate, the customer service is top-notch - quick to respond, goes beyond to make the customer happy. Every single bouquet I've order has been beautiful and I've received huge compliments from the recipients. On one single time that something (minor) went wrong with the order (this is over years - 8 years I think - of ordering online exclusively with Bloomex) the issue was corrected, immediately, and far, far more than was even necessary. And Bloomex is always offering up fantastic deals! Sign up for their emails and you will get a great offer every week. Excellent product for a fair price with great service - what more can I ask for?

I have been using Bloomex for all my special occasion flowers for over 3 years now. Beautiful flowers at reasonable prices delivered as promised. About a year ago some roses froze in transit. One phone call to customer service and they were replaced immediately.

I have ordered many times from Bloomex and have been happy with the service and products provided. With this order the flowers started dying the following day after delivery. The company responded to my complaint right away and are sending out a replacement order.
