Dont ever use this store - You have been warned!!
A simple request that I was prepared to pay for. Ordering flowers 3 days in advance for confirmed delivery on Valentines Day for which I trusted this company to fulfill my order. I ordered and paid the amount requested and sat and waited. No phone call from my partner all day, no update or warning from Bloomex. At 5pm my partner left work with no gift and very upset. Still nothing from Bloomex. Maybe I can contact their 'Customer Service' as they make great claims to deliver 'outstanding customer service', mind you they also claim to deliver 'on time' so as you can see, don't be fooled by their empty marketing claims. I'm sitting here 3 days after the special day having written a e-mail and left feedback for them on the 'live chat' service and, yes I guess consistency is their trade mark - Consistently bad customer service because I have not heard anything from them. Beware, they take your money, fail to deliver and then ignore you and hope you go away. Will never use them again and make sure that as many people as possible get to hear about their shocking service - great opportunity for me because I stand in front of up to 1200 people a week delivering key note speeches on this very subject - thank you Bloomex as long as companies like you exist you will keep people like me in work. Have a good look at yourselves and give your self some critical feedback otherwise you're only heading for one result

Store rep, the onus is on you to contact me!!! I have disputed the credit card payment and will get my money back - I advise all of your customers to do this if they are dissatisfied with your level of service - that would be most of them reading the reviews that I wish I had read before placing my order (anyone thinking of using Bloomex please google Bloomex reviews and complaints BEFORE you place your order. If you're serious about addressing my complaint please prove it and call me - mobile number (personal details removed). I'm tired of getting fobbed off with your standard corporate replies and no genuine customer service - you could start by calling me to discuss in person

PS I won't be holding my breath waiting for you to call!!!

DISGUSTED!!!! DO NOT USE
So I'm totally disgusted.

After checking with an operator BEFORE ordering whether my order would be same day delivery, (as it stated otherwise on website)

They assured me if i ordered before 11am they would arrive today if it was in Sydney.
Turns out they don't.

At 4pm i tried to contact someone in Sydney Office but the phone diverted to an internet phone for an office in Canada. Apparently by 4pm the office in Sydney is closed.

There was no one i could speak to regarding my order, as it had obviously not arrived same day as promised.

As it is after hours in Canada at 4pm AEST, there was no manager or ANYONE who could help me out.

As a result the only chance I had to get the flowers delivered passed.

There was "nothing they could" apparently.

This is unacceptable for a flower delivery business. Don't believe they operate out of Australia because they DO NOT!!!

I don't even know if I'm getting a refund but there is absolutely no point in the arriving tomorrow.

Not only this, but now it has ruined this very special day. I have no flowers, I'm in a foul mood for our dinner tonight,

STEAR CLEAR of this disgusting money hungry grabbing, uncaring, pathetic excuse for a business.

We do make every effort to clarify the delivery options but we apologize if there was any confusion between you and the operator. Once the flowers have been prepared and the courier picks them up, we cannot call them back and they will arrive at the delivery address. Customer service would make every effort to resolve your unhappiness. Our customer satisfaction rate is very high and we pride ourselves on our products and services. I made my order online checking that the same day delivery was available. It was confirmed a delivery time of between12-5pm. When nothing had arrived at 5pm I rang. Customer service very poor could barely speak English had no desire help with the problem. When I asked for a refund that was unable to done. Even though I said at this point I don't want them delivered the next day, the moment had passed it was too late. They delivered them anyway and then would not refund. Poor poor service. Never again they don't have same day delivery and they don't have customer service skills. They are a SCAM company and I wish I had read the reviews earlier I wouldn't have ordered. But never again. You might get my money once but not twice. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Very Disappointed
Ordered Mother's Day flower package only to receive a tiny bunch of half wilted flowers in a box, a box of after dinner mints (about $3 from Coles?) and the teddy & card.

Was very unhappy that the flowers were already wilted and petals dropping off on arrival! This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them only to be let down.

Worst florist ever
I ordered flowers for my mum and have instruction for delivery in 4 days .
The days came and went and my mum still did not get her flowers.
I called (from overseas as I'm in the uk and mum in in Oz... Super expensive) still no reply but a single 'our manager is looking into this'.
I waited another 2 days, still nothing.
I called again and asked for a refund. No one could help.
At the very last minute and too late for me to make other arrangements for Mother's Day as it is late Friday, the sent an email with a refund ..
Thanks bloomex for nothing.

Wish I had Googled this company before I ordered flowers. ordered flowers on the 8th of May for delivery on the 9th of May. first delivery attempt was made on Saturday morning but as it was a business (this was noted in my initial order) no delivery. God bless the courier company because they tried to deliver half dead flowers on Monday!! I started contacting this poor excuse of a company Friday afternoon, Saturday, Monday and today and I am disgusted at the lack of service and ownership of this.

I have asked for a full refund as they did not deliver on the goods and services that I paid for and was told it's not Company policy - they can stick that company policy where the sun don't shine.

Will never use them again and will tell everyone I know not to use them and will be posting negative feedback everywhere. Will also be going to Consumer Affairs and Office of Fair Trading

WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER
The flowers arrived at my Mothers for Mothers Day. 3 of the flowers were alive. The rest of the bunch was dead, there was stalks sticking up from a stem where the dead flowers had visibly been cut off before they sent them. Numerous phone calls, numerous emails ignored! finally my Mother got through to someone who said no refund would be given but fresh flowers redelivered! Those never arrived.! This is an appalling business. Don't recommend! They even delete the bad reviews on facebook for Australia and Canada Bloomex. I have seen over 100 complaints this past Mothers Day, disappear! You have to be kidding me Bloomex!

I am a member of a Facebook page named Bloomex sucks! PERHAPS you should go there and see all the other people that are testimony of Bloomex and its poor service and check the many credit card disputes against Bloomex. You are rated an F on the Better. Business Bureau. so, no, Im still not satisfied.
