You were lucky! The sympathy flowers I ordered from Europe to Australia were completely unlike the ones shown in tne advert. They were a small, garish bright yellow, cheap looking bunch of wilting flowers instead of the lovely cream and pale yellow arrangement I paid for. The full sized card I paid for never arrived. Bloomex promised to redeliver, but never did. It has proved impossible to receive a refund from them, they ignore all requests.

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers to be sent on mothers day to 2 people, one on the 1st and one on the 2nd of May to be sent at the end of the week as I was overseas for mothers day. my mother in laws' flowers did not arrive until 2 days after mothers day. I was greatly disappointed to find this had happened

the order that turned up 3 days late was Order No. 1240765. was due for delivery on 7th May, if that was not possible it should have been delivered on the 6th as it was stated for Mothers Day. thank you for your return email. regards Lorraine
