Ordered flowers for my wife as an apology. Bloomex saved me, lol! Delivery worked out great blooms were lovely and the price was right. Highly recommended in Sydney!
Ordered the 3 red roses/card/chocolate for my husband Greg, same-day delivery. he was a bit down so I wanted to cheer him up and I was actually amazed at the freshness and speed of delivery. As far as i know there aren't a tonne of options here in ACT for this kind of thing so was really pleasantly surprised with how it all turned out. would use again. Good prices.
I ordered a dozen long stem roses and a Pink and Lavender bouquet for my wife's birthday on Friday. SERVICE - My experience was good. I ordered online, received a confirmation and then a notice when the order was out for delivery. SHIPPING - Arrived on the day specified. PRICING - Far better than many others. Flowers are exorbitantly expensive around Australia and this company offers some of the lowest prices that I have seen. All in all I was satisfied and would use them in the future.

I set up an order for my good friend's birthday in mid-February for delivery at the beginning of March. Was nice to 'set it and forget it'. My friend was pleasantly surprised by the gesture and the flowers arrived on the right day... She messaged me some photos and they looked lovely. Great experience!!

Look, the major difference? THE 1-star reviewers have really long reviews, they got very specific with their problems and I can tell they are genuine people. The 5-star reviewers are vague as hell.

A quick Google search reveals a plethora of 1-star reviews so from absolute 1-star to crazy glowing 5-star reviews is freaking crazy.

I'M ALWAYS SCEPTICAL OF SENDING FLOWERS AS HAVING HAD A BAD experience many years ago when the person didn't receive the flowers paid for. so i sent a small bouquet of roses and they were delivered as instructed before 12,so i then decided to buy a large bouquet of roses for a special occasion and once again the recipient received beautiful roses and at the specified time.. not to mention the special of half price rose and bouquets.. i did my homework to find the cheapest flowers and delivery also. and bloomex was the best so i even became a platinum member so now i don't have to pay for the delivery fee.. I'm happy. flowers always make you happy.

I have used this service a few times now, and I love their prices, their efficiency and fresh produce. It's a great experience all round. Their site is well layer out, and so easy to use. I have used other services in the past, but Bloomex, has been the best. I will be using them next time.
Yes called their customer service number, used their online chat and their so called we care email. Their customer "service" operators all work from home. They claim to be in Sydney when I fact they are base in Canada. I have caught so many of the operators out, they get frustrated when you ideation their companies policies. Many have flatly told that Bloomex's policy is to NEVER give a refund no matter what. They only way you get a refund to go to fair trade or VCAT. I am sitting on my application at the moment.
I had a problem with my next order, after this review, but it was cleared up, after 1 email. If you don't want to believe me, than don't, but this review is not fake.

Do you know what!? You guys were right. I ordered flowers for my friends birthday, and they never arrived. No email, no call, and only after 2 emails, and a phone call, did I get any contact from them. I'll never be using them again!!!
Oh no. that's a real shame. I was actually proud to see someone be so honest and willing to share their opinion regardless of what other people thought and said.
It's a shame they did a bad job to such a faithful customer.
I just referred my mother in law to buy from them and they didn't deliver the flowers despite constant calls etc.and it's been over a week now and they still haven't delivered and I feel terrible to referring them. They were meant for her sister who is currently in hospital.
I am a bit sick of them to be honest. I think i might report them to fair trading to get inspected. It's not fair on the customers, especially when i hear so many bad stories.

They are absolutely terrible! Don't delivery and don't respond and hang up when I ask for refund. I have never seen anything worse. This has to be reported so no more ripped off customers
