APPALLING, INEXCUSABLE, HORRENDOUS, RIDICULOUS AND UNHELPFUL
What a complete Shambles this place is. I cannot believe they are even a functioning business!

I called them up on a Thursday at 9am, to make sure they could complete a same day delivery request, as their website states they can....
Instead of placing the order online I decided that by phoning them, I'd be able to make sure of the same day service guarantee..

I called and was assured my friends birthday flowers would be delivered by 4pm that day (Thursday). I paid an extra fee for that service, on top of the almost $90 for the bouquet...

When I had not heard from my friend by 4, I wondered if they would have arrived yet, so I waited.....waited.....waited.... I then received an email at around 5pm saying that my order had been "MISSED" and they could not deliver anything that day.

Upon checking my credit card account, I found that the payment incidentally, HAD NOT BEEN MISSED!The full amount had already come out of my account. I tried to call this ridiculous place back immediately and was told that all the operators were unavailable, and this continued on for many hours until I finally gave up (It was then too late to get any other flowers delivered on the same day, so I would have at the very least, appreciated that courtesy from these jokers).

The following day when I called and was transferred to what sounded like an offshore call center, I was told that the flowers could be delivered that day (FRIDAY) and they would refund the $5 same day delivery fee only. HOW APPALLING CONSIDERING IT WAS NO LONGER A BIRTHDAY PRESENT AND WAS NOT MORE THAN 24 HOURS LATER THAN INITIALLY PROMISED... Especially considering Thursday was the Birthday - NOT FRIDAY!!

What completely appalling service, and expensive too.

I would NEVER, EVER use them again and would SERIOUSLY WARN ANYONE ELSE TO BE WARY.... They spoiled a birthday surprise and made me look like I was the disorganised one for having flowers delivered a day late.

I sincerely hope they go out of business. They deserve nothing less.

Absolute Rubbish
Never use Bloomex! They do NOT deliver what you expect!
I tried to upload photos but the sever crashed.... But please read!

Recently for Mother's Day, I ordered a bouquet from the Mother's Day Designer Collection. This collection had a selection of 4 types of flowers in pale pink, purple and blue tones.

I ordered for the delivery to be on Saturday the 9th May, and paid extra for this delivery.

Last year I used Bloomex and although I did not see the recipients result, I had the opinion the service was good. I received an email with discounts for this Mother's Day, yet I paid $10 more than what the email stated...

Now, the flowers were delivered on the Friday at 745am.
They were delivered by FastWay couriers.
And the flowers the recipient received were nothing like I had ordered.

I have since sent a complaint to Bloomex but as a result, they are avoiding all possible responsibility. The bouquet I ordered, as stated about, had 4 kinds of flowers. My recipient only received ONE kind. Irises.

Bloomex Management are now using a clause of theirs to remove responsibility;

"Bouquet includes Designers Collection of a beautiful mix of at least 12 stems of assorted Mothers Day themed flowers or a single type of flower, like Roses."

Well, I would have been happy with Roses! Not Irises! I could have easily have gone down to the local super market and gotten a bunch of Irises for 1/4 the price I paid for this shonky bunch. I have used many online florists in the past who deliver what is expected. Having a clause like Bloomex does is just a way to remove their responsibility but still retain the cash. Because I doubt I am the only "customer" to have been ripped off giving them a good profit margin.

If you do decide to use them, and want to send a message with the arrangement, don't expect a little card to be attached as every other florist does. No, Bloomex wants you to buy a card. Otherwise the message comes printed on the top part of the delivery details, on the back of which is Bloomex Advertising and a "special offer"!

One last smaller detail, the flowers do NOT come with a pouch of flower food. Flowers from Coles come with it, and those flowers are cheap as chips!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
This is the first time I ordered from bloomex and it will be my last time also. I ordered for my husbands 30th birthday. I even paid for a delivery fee of $14.95 which most of the other flower delivery do it for free. The flower has NEVER turned up!

I called their service number at the end of the day and a girl called Wendy answered the phone and said she can't tell me why the flower is NOT delivered. She will need to check and reply me by email or phone call by the next morning! What a piece of crap! Why would I want to know why my flower is not delivered on next day when the birthday is already over.

I requested refund or a callback within an hour, she refused and said she can't do anything.

At the end she hang up on me. This is absolutely the WORST experience I have ever from any service industry!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! YOU WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

DO NOT USE - you'll regret it.
Bloomex took my order to deliver flowers to my partner for her birthday. They didn't deliver the flowers, provided no explanation, and didn't even apologise, saying the flowers could be delivered 5 days later!

After I complained they told me the reason they didn't deliver is that my flower of choice (roses) was not available at my time of order. Then why did they take my order??

Disapointed
We purchased a bunch of flowers as a gift only for them to not turn up, after contacting them 3 days after expected delivery date. When we called they had emailed (knowing it would go to spam- no phone call) to advise delivery would be postponed. When I called they were not helpful and said would call back in 24 hours, this didn't happen and after another call 48 hours later a delivery was finally made 5 days late. No apology at all

Poor service, no delivery, rude staff
I ordered a center table piece for a large family christmas dinner. It was ordered in advance (not last miute) and planned for delivery 24/12/15. I was away so could not go and select the flowers myself as I usually would so I used Bloomex.

This was a huge mistake!

They confirmed the order and took my money! Then did not deliver. No phone call, no email (oh except the one confirming my order and delivery date/time!)
I went to the live online chat as no-one was answering their phone.

1st I was told there was no update.... then that the flowers were sent with Fastway and they didn't deliver on time... Oh and BTW they (and us) are closed until 4th Jan..... Then they said we can't make anything until 4/1....
Which was it?.... Fastway didn't deliver but you made it OR you can't make it.....

Then they were extremely rude when I said it was poor service and said " No. That's Christmas. Lot's of orders. Lots of problems with delivery. Fastway accepted our orders for delivery. They didn't answer us since tomorrow'.... Which doesn't even make sense!

I told them to notify their manager that we require a refund then never heard a word back!

If I spoke to people that way I would be unemployed!

Horrendous service
I ordered flowers 11 days ago that were supposed to be delivered in the 21st Dec (9 days ago). The flowers have still not been sent and and after several emails going back and forth I have still not got anywhere. I keep receiving emails that ate just templates and have nothing to do with my complaint ie. they cannot offer a refund on flowers that have been delivered (note above, flowers still not delivered)! Another email said "as stated in our policies, photos must be reviewed within 7 days of delivery" Now after telling them in every email sent (at least 8) that the florets haven't been sent they still are not getting the picture. I have even tried cancelling the order and requesting a refund but cannot get my point across as they don't seem to actually read my emails.
I strongly recommend you avoid this company
I got told they "wounldnt" entertain my complaint
