I made my order online checking that the same day delivery was available. It was confirmed a delivery time of between12-5pm. When nothing had arrived at 5pm I rang. Customer service very poor could barely speak English had no desire help with the problem. When I asked for a refund that was unable to done. Even though I said at this point I don't want them delivered the next day, the moment had passed it was too late. They delivered them anyway and then would not refund. Poor poor service. Never again they don't have same day delivery and they don't have customer service skills. They are a SCAM company and I wish I had read the reviews earlier I wouldn't have ordered. But never again. You might get my money once but not twice. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Ordered Mother's Day flower package only to receive a tiny bunch of half wilted flowers in a box, a box of after dinner mints (about $3 from Coles?) and the teddy & card.
Was very unhappy that the flowers were already wilted and petals dropping off on arrival! This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them only to be let down.

Wish I had Googled this company before I ordered flowers. ordered flowers on the 8th of May for delivery on the 9th of May. first delivery attempt was made on Saturday morning but as it was a business (this was noted in my initial order) no delivery. God bless the courier company because they tried to deliver half dead flowers on Monday!! I started contacting this poor excuse of a company Friday afternoon, Saturday, Monday and today and I am disgusted at the lack of service and ownership of this.
I have asked for a full refund as they did not deliver on the goods and services that I paid for and was told it's not Company policy - they can stick that company policy where the sun don't shine.
Will never use them again and will tell everyone I know not to use them and will be posting negative feedback everywhere. Will also be going to Consumer Affairs and Office of Fair Trading

The flowers arrived at my Mothers for Mothers Day. 3 of the flowers were alive. The rest of the bunch was dead, there was stalks sticking up from a stem where the dead flowers had visibly been cut off before they sent them. Numerous phone calls, numerous emails ignored! finally my Mother got through to someone who said no refund would be given but fresh flowers redelivered! Those never arrived.! This is an appalling business. Don't recommend! They even delete the bad reviews on facebook for Australia and Canada Bloomex. I have seen over 100 complaints this past Mothers Day, disappear! You have to be kidding me Bloomex!

PERHAPS you should go there and see all the other people that are testimony of Bloomex and its poor service and check the many credit card disputes against Bloomex. You are rated an F on the Better. I am kicking myself I did not check online flower reviews before ordering. I ordered flowers my wife's 40th birthday on a Thursday for delivery on the Friday. The flowers did not turn up and after a phone call was advised they would not be delivered until Monday and there was nothing they could to fix. I then sought further assistance via the online chat support functionality on their website. Same response. I asked for the matter to be escalated and received an email back confirming a delivery on Saturday morning. I asked for a further email to confirm which I received. Flowers did not turn up on Saturday and when I contacted them again by phone and via online chat I was advised there was no record of any email or communication. I have the emails and I downloaded all online chat transcripts. Basically the online staff merely say anything to move you on. They have no control and ability to influence. This is not an online business. This is a piece of online software that books orders to a list of very ordinary flower suppliers. There is no substance to this business name. Did not take the risk. Pay a little more for piece of mind.

I ordered birthday flowers on 24/7/14 for one of my work colleague to be delivered on her birthday on 25/7/14. Flower never showed up. I called at 4:50pm and the lady over the phone was blunt and cold advising me that there are no direct number to track driver. She can only send an email off to track the order, besides driver has until 5pm to deliver the flowers. I pointed out that it's 10mins to 5pm, we have to close up so would like to know if driver will be here anytime soon or not? A courtesy phone call would have been nice. Her response was indifference - I can't do anything.
I tried calling again at 5.10pm and then 5.15pm. Once transferred to their Customer Service, their line went silent on me. So I assume they close 5pm on the dot. Great. Flowers for a special occasion and it never showed up and no courtesy phone call to advise it's not coming.
After that I tried sending an email twice, tried their chat, sent them a private message on facebook, called them again several times (but answering machine kept saying they were busy every time and to leave a message), left a message on their answering machine as requested. I even tried to use their "contact us" on their website to contact them but their submit button does not work.
On 28/7/14 I received an email to advise that the flowers will be delivered that same day with complimentary upgrade. Flowers arrived at 3.30pm that day. I asked the driver what happen to Friday 25/7/14? Flowers were meant to be delivered then. She replied it was not her problem. They ONLY got the order JUST 1HR AGO!!! I said I placed an order on 24/7/14. All she said was it was the Company's fault, take it up with them - loving the friendly service so far - so much for the "We Care" motto.
I took one look at the flowers and my heart sank further. It was not what I ordered and I was not sure what the complimentary upgrade was? The studs around the vase or the little ladybird glued to one of the leaves?!
First and last time Bloomex. I also discovered all the following websites associated with Bloomex (correspondence email is always from Bloomex CA). I order my flowers via www.online-florist-melbourne.com.au. Will be sticking to my regularly online store from now on, they never disappoint - www.flowers.com.au & www.rosesonly.com.au.
They sent me further discount emails after that with a complimentary delivery on my next order - Thanks, but no thanks...
