Flowers never delivered, total disappointment, feels like a scam
I ordered flowers, a teddy bear and a card, well in advance of the delivery date.
The courier went to the office address at 12pm when everyone was out to lunch.
The courier saw my colleagues returning to the office but he left in his car, instead of making another delivery.
Bloomex Service Reps claimed that the courier tried calling the recipient several times and went back again to make a redelivery. ALL FALSE.

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry if the recipient was not at the provided location when the courier attempted delivery. Our couriers do not know when a particular lunch break occurs and may not be able to determine who the recipient is from among the colleagues going into an office building, but a delivery attempt was made. We did also attempt several re-deliveries in an effort to complete your order. I have passed this to customer service who will look into your resolution. Fast and easy with good quality flowers. Theyre nice flowers with the only downside being theyre not cheap but you get what you pay for. I would and have recommended them to friends.
I placed an order for flowers for a funeral I was not able to attend 2 days in advance. There was then an avalanche of emails about the status of the order-one of these said the order had been delivered a day early. I contacted Bloomex and they said everything was fine the order would proceed at the allotted time and place. A day after the funeral I was contacted to say that the flowers were not delivered on time, they were a day late and dead and would I like to have them resent-not very helpful when the funeral was the day before.
I was given a store credit of the original amount, nothing for the inconvenience and embarrassment of not having the flowers at the funeral-very poor customer service!!
Two orders in one week, both not delivered when promised, even though I paid for same day delivery. customer service not even bothered to reply to my emails.
I have ordered numerous bunches of flowers through Bloomex and they never disappoint. I have many happy girlfriends and family members who now order flowers through Bloomex after receiving flowers from the company. I'm one very happy customer and highly recommend them to you.
Website was easy to use and prices were great. I purchased a Christmas flower bunch and a gift basket. Delivery times were easy and quick. Good variety of flowers and gifts available. Will use again!!!
