Last orderi had with this group was for my sister's birthday. First - no flowers delivered, they say they have been, my sister is searching every likely spot on her 10 acre Equestriam Cente. Was hung up on twice at that point. 1 girl says - oh they were not delivered - hang up, 1 says they have to do an internal review to find out what went wrong, when I said their review should not stop the ores actually being delivered - hang up. So unprofessional!! Flowers finally delivered - except what's supposed to be 10 pink roses and approx a dozen liliums + tuber roses and a little greenery in a VASE. my sister received three red roses that must have been the days rejects - they were all dead the next day, plus a few carnations and the worst mess of left over bits of left over totally wrong together horrible masses of greenery. Next attempt - 3 pink roses, one was so burnt with that crisp edge to the petals it's head fell over when she brought it into the house, wordy over greened liliums one of which opened the others failed a pond again the voluminous awful greenery - palm leaves to light hair ferns and random branches with leaves - and OF COURSE STILL NO VASE! I wish I could show you the comparison photos! Their response - flowers may be substituted, Consumer Affairs - not in amount and not sub par should never have been sold flowers!! Bloomed gives me - a credit for less grab I paid in the first place!!! Why would u use them again??? It took from Minday to Friday and my sister still had dead drooping flowers and masses of crapoy greenery which rotted because the Jeeves were bruised and slimy upon receipt. My sister never got the case which was very important as she had recently broken her last one! So put them on big coffee jars and buckets and through most of them straight out they were so bad! So thanks Bloomex for ruining my sister's birthday and stuffing us around for a week. There was another gang up when I asked about the case, unreturned calls that had been promised. They swore at me, were terribly rude working on the principle they'd scare me away I think! They'll never get money out of me again but I intend to get decent flowers delivered and a full refund to my bank account - none of this you have to use us again to get your money back - as if! Consumer Affairs are ready to call this fraud and act so it's not over Bloomex!! You can see how close to what I ordered their were below!! No VASE!!! EVER!! Rip off - don't use them!!
My complaint is similar to the other reviews on this site. I selected a bouquet which could not be delivered (this was not obvious to me at the time of ordering). The website allowed me select the delivery day for Monday ( I ordered on Saturday). I received an email Monday morning letting me know that delivery would not take place until Tuesday (this was too late as the recipients birthday was Monday). I recommend that Bloomex improves their website. One customer rep I spoke to admitted that this was a known issue. Despite me missing the this detail about delivery I have still found Bloomex to be rude and not willing to assist the customer in any way. At the end of the day, their business is about making people feel special; if anything this whole experience has completely turned me off purchasing flowers as a gift. I have found them ruthless and completely devoid of any empathy.
What a joke!! I ordered flowers for my friends birthday, and they never arrived to the hotel that we were staying, to celebrate. After an email and call, my only response was "we'll look into it", then over a day later, and another email from myself, the reply was "there was road closure, so they couldn't deliver them". Bahahah... what a load of crap. I, myself traveled around the city, and there was no road closure, and arrived at the same destination as the flowers should've been delivered too. 5 days later, they were finally delivered. But I'll never be using their service again.
Never use Bloomex! They do NOT deliver what you expect! I tried to upload photos but the sever crashed.... But please read!
Recently for Mother's Day, I ordered a bouquet from the Mother's Day Designer Collection. This collection had a selection of 4 types of flowers in pale pink, purple and blue tones.
I ordered for the delivery to be on Saturday the 9th May, and paid extra for this delivery.
Last year I used Bloomex and although I did not see the recipients result, I had the opinion the service was good. I received an email with discounts for this Mother's Day, yet I paid $10 more than what the email stated...
Now, the flowers were delivered on the Friday at 745am. They were delivered by FastWay couriers. And the flowers the recipient received were nothing like I had ordered.
I have since sent a complaint to Bloomex but as a result, they are avoiding all possible responsibility. The bouquet I ordered, as stated about, had 4 kinds of flowers. My recipient only received ONE kind. Irises.
Bloomex Management are now using a clause of theirs to remove responsibility;
"Bouquet includes Designers Collection of a beautiful mix of at least 12 stems of assorted Mothers Day themed flowers or a single type of flower, like Roses."
Well, I would have been happy with Roses! Not Irises! I could have easily have gone down to the local super market and gotten a bunch of Irises for 1/4 the price I paid for this shonky bunch. I have used many online florists in the past who deliver what is expected. Having a clause like Bloomex does is just a way to remove their responsibility but still retain the cash. Because I doubt I am the only "customer" to have been ripped off giving them a good profit margin.
If you do decide to use them, and want to send a message with the arrangement, don't expect a little card to be attached as every other florist does. No, Bloomex wants you to buy a card. Otherwise the message comes printed on the top part of the delivery details, on the back of which is Bloomex Advertising and a "special offer"!
One last smaller detail, the flowers do NOT come with a pouch of flower food. Flowers from Coles come with it, and those flowers are cheap as chips!
Our friend who loved sunflowers died on April 16th - no funeral. I ordered a large sunflower bouquet pictured on the Bloomex website(below left) over the telephone with an agent for his widow. A small, half dead bouquet of another type of yellow flowers (below centre)was delivered. We ordered a sympathy card with a condolence message from the friends. A red and black card with no message and no indication of the senders was sent. Bloomex repeatedly made excuses and promised to resend. The total bill was $82.50. When nothing arrived by May 5th, another florist was contacted. A less expensive beautiful bigger bouquet of sunflowers arrived.
I asked for my money back from Bloomex. They said that they could resend the flowers but they could only credit $58.98 to my account for future purchases. So I said resend with a card to my mother for Mother's Day. The flowers arrived (below right)at my home not my mother's, addressed to the widow not my mother, with a card without the message I had sent.
Absolutely disgusted! Ordered a dozen ASSORTED roses for my mum for Mothers Day and when she received them they were almost dead!! The petals were brown and wilted and the babies breath was dead. Also, she didnt receive assorted roses, all she got was pink! The flowers were almost drooping. By Mothers Day, only 2 days later my mum had to throw them out!!! She went and got a bunch from Aldi for $10 which were 100% better than what Bloomex sent out. When I called customer service, I was spoken to in rude manner by 2 different women and hung up on, twice!! So much for providing excellent customer service and Freshest Flowers guaranteed. I would NEVER use this company again. When I asked for my money back I was told that isn't an option and they would resend my flowers. I didn't want anything to be resent. I don't trust who this company have as their flower suppliers and would NEVER use them again for ANYTHING!!! I think the pictures speak for themselves. Don't waste your time with this company. Flowers and customer service are HORRIBLE!!!

This is the first time I ordered from bloomex and it will be my last time also. I ordered for my husbands 30th birthday. I even paid for a delivery fee of $14.95 which most of the other flower delivery do it for free. The flower has NEVER turned up!
I called their service number at the end of the day and a girl called Wendy answered the phone and said she can't tell me why the flower is NOT delivered. She will need to check and reply me by email or phone call by the next morning! What a piece of crap! Why would I want to know why my flower is not delivered on next day when the birthday is already over.
I requested refund or a callback within an hour, she refused and said she can't do anything.
At the end she hang up on me. This is absolutely the WORST experience I have ever from any service industry!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! YOU WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
