Today is day six since I ordered (and paid for) flowers to be delivered to my Mum for her birthday (I even paid the same day delivery fee) and after two phone calls and two emails my order is yet to arrive. When I spoke to the customer service rep yesterday she assured me that the delivery would be made today (it is not 5:03pm and still no flowers) and when I told her how unimpressed I was and that I would not use the service again she said, "yes I understand, I apologise" then proceeded to hang up on me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!!! never been more upset in my life, I send my mum flowers because I cannot be there with her on her birthday and this is how I am treated... way to go guys!!!!

My partner ordered me 12 long stemmed white roses to arrive today, valentines day. He ordered them a day in advance. I waited all day in the office for the special delivery. Which did not arrive. He was humiliated and I was left disappointed. Definitely do not buy from this unreliable company.
search the web for bloomex reviews. as above i also ordered over 200 dollars for flowers on wed the 12th to be delivered fri the 14th valentines day. i paid extra just to get them delivered on that day. at 3.30 pm i tried calling your company but you have decided not to answer calls as you are to busy. so i use your online chat service. after 10 minutes i finally get a reply saying you will contact me via email with delivery status. 1 hour later i contact you again, same response. i tried again and the chat rep blacklisted me. i got around that issue and kept asking them the delivery status. they said it is in transit. but would not provide consignment umber. this continued for 5 hours them blocking my ip address rather then answer my question. so in the end i had to call the girl i ordered them for at 9pm to see if she got them. and no she did not. so surprise has now been ruined and she thinks im lying about the flowers and just forgot vday. clearly you have gotten greedy and taken way to many orders and did not car if you could get all your orders out tiday. you just wanted the money..

I ordered a dozen roses for valentines day which they delivered but they were at least a week old, brown and falling apart. My partner didn't even leave them on her desk at work. What was meant to be a special surprise left her embarrassed. There customer service was also non existent.
got a update from them on saturday saying they went for delivery. now its sunday still no flowers. so if they really went out for delivery and might arrive monday, they will be 4 days old by then, sitting in a delivery van all weekend
I would also not recommend this florist website to my friends as well.. the flowers my partner ordered for me were complete different to the ones that were sent to my work for valentines day. There were no roses, the order must've been wrongly packed. which is unacceptable for the amount he had paid and the flowers were half witted. Even Coles/Woolworths flowers were much better then these. He was so disappointed. Pathetic !
How can this company still be allowed to continue scamming so many people? My Mums birthday flowers showed up finally.. what was it 7 or 8 days late, they were not what were ordered and I was treated like shit to top it all off.... I have no idea what has happened to basic human morality and care. I will continue to make sure that no one I know will ever feel what I have felt thanks to this company... you should be ashamed of yourselves. FRAUDSTERS!
On the 3rd of February I have made an order for flower delivery to my Mums anniversary on the 10th of February. It was the third time I’ve made order on bloomex. Previous one was also bad experience as the flowers was delivered not on specified date and the value of the flowers was poor but the manager assured me that it was rare mistake and next time everything will be perfect and gave me discount.
So this time, knowing the possibility of mistake, I wrote big notice in the comment field in order page about the date, time and the value of the flowers.
Despite this, when I have asked Mum if she satisfied with the flowers and if the delivery made at time - I received an astonishing answer that she didn't get any flowers from me and was very sad with this fact!
Yesterday I asked online operator (Anna) on bloomex page what was wrong with my order and she explained to me that she didn’t see any confirmation on delivery and she will asked someone from the office to send me confirmation email. Today I didn’t received any email from them and asked online operator again. She didn’t even answer me after i posted my order number.
So now I am trying to reach them but they are keeping silence. This is very sad story but imagine that it was not my Mum but a very important business partner on whose rely all your business!!! And also imagine that this person is very particular in such things as attention from his partners on his occasions! After such a situation with flower delivery I think that all your business will collapse because you will never explain to him that it was not you who forgot about his birthday but the flower company was UNRELIBLE!
So this was a story for those who are searching for a reliable flower delivery company! NEVER SHOP WITH BLOOMEX.COM

A simple request that I was prepared to pay for. Ordering flowers 3 days in advance for confirmed delivery on Valentines Day for which I trusted this company to fulfill my order. I ordered and paid the amount requested and sat and waited. No phone call from my partner all day, no update or warning from Bloomex. At 5pm my partner left work with no gift and very upset. Still nothing from Bloomex. Maybe I can contact their 'Customer Service' as they make great claims to deliver 'outstanding customer service', mind you they also claim to deliver 'on time' so as you can see, don't be fooled by their empty marketing claims. I'm sitting here 3 days after the special day having written a e-mail and left feedback for them on the 'live chat' service and, yes I guess consistency is their trade mark - Consistently bad customer service because I have not heard anything from them. Beware, they take your money, fail to deliver and then ignore you and hope you go away. Will never use them again and make sure that as many people as possible get to hear about their shocking service - great opportunity for me because I stand in front of up to 1200 people a week delivering key note speeches on this very subject - thank you Bloomex as long as companies like you exist you will keep people like me in work. Have a good look at yourselves and give your self some critical feedback otherwise you're only heading for one result

I have disputed the credit card payment and will get my money back - I advise all of your customers to do this if they are dissatisfied with your level of service - that would be most of them reading the reviews that I wish I had read before placing my order (anyone thinking of using Bloomex please google Bloomex reviews and complaints BEFORE you place your order. If you're serious about addressing my complaint please prove it and call me - mobile number (personal details removed). I'm tired of getting fobbed off with your standard corporate replies and no genuine customer service - you could start by calling me to discuss in person

Flowers never delivered, total disappointment, feels like a scam
I ordered flowers, a teddy bear and a card, well in advance of the delivery date.
The courier went to the office address at 12pm when everyone was out to lunch.
The courier saw my colleagues returning to the office but he left in his car, instead of making another delivery.
Bloomex Service Reps claimed that the courier tried calling the recipient several times and went back again to make a redelivery. ALL FALSE.
BLOOMEX AUSTRALIA is a SCAM! NEVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!

Our couriers do not know when a particular lunch break occurs and may not be able to determine who the recipient is from among the colleagues going into an office building, but a delivery attempt was made. I am a male/customer of your Australian service; Brisbane, Queensland in particular.
I am currently living in Longreach, QLD and in a long-distance relation with my fiance who lives in Brisbane, QLD which is a 14 hour drive from my location.
On the 3rd of November, 2014 I placed an order #1189297 to be delivered on the 4th of November 2014. At this time, I was unaware the warehouse that puts the orders together was closed for the day. I thought that due to the fact that I was able to select the 4th as a delivery date, that i was to be sent.
At 5:00pm on the 4th of November 2014, I was notified by the intended recipient of the flowers that the flowers did not get delivered. I contacted the company querying this. They notified me that an email was sent at approximately 7am on the same morning say it is unable to be delivered. This email was sent to my junk file and I did not notice it until after this phone call.
They informed me that it was to be sent on the 5th of November. My fiance was not going to be at the delivery location from this date until the 9th of November and would not be able to receive the flowers. I informed them of this and they stated that it was too late, and that the flowers were in transit and would not be returned. I told them the flowers would have no recipient now and would not be able to be collected for 4 days and would surely be wilted or not in good condition.
I stated I wanted a refund on my flowers as I paid a lot of money for them and they are now essentially worthless. They stated that once the order has been changed to "delivered" then I can claim non-delivery and get store credit. I was displeased with this as I no longer wanted the flowers as they were for a specific occasion, which has now passed and that I wanted my money back. They refused.
Since then, I have been in contact with a few persons at the Brisbane location. I am overly displeased with the customer service I received. I was not treated with respect and this made my overly agitated and furious. They would not offer an outcome which was suitable and I was unable to speak to the persons I wished to speak to. (The managers)
When I requested I be called back when the manage was in, they said they would pass on the message. I did not receive a call.
When I asked the name of the person I was speaking to, she said it was Sarah, but nothing else. When I told her she was not helping my situation and being highly unsympathetic, I was hung up on. This made my 100% angry and I will never be using the company again for my flower deliveries.
I am still waiting for my money back. They told me I can claim non-delivery once the status has been changed to "delivered" but it has been 1 day since the supposed "delivery" but the status has not been changed. I an unsatisfied with the service I have received. I paid an excess of $50 for flowers which were never claimed or delivered to the intended party. I would like a refund on my product.
I expect a swift reply.
