I would Iike to thank you for the lovely flowers I sent to my friend for her birthday. she was over the moon about them and that is something as she has had flowers sent to her from everywhere in the world. she is going to keep Bloomtex as her preferred florist. thank you again.
The on line process was smooth but unable to use the free shipping coupon which was given. Luckily was still able to get a $5 discount. Hope that the gift reaches on 12th Aug. as requested in time for the birthday.
I have decided to send a lot of flowers this year as a sign of my love for my friends. Bloomex make it quite affordable for me to do this. For example, I was able to send flowers to my sister for her birthday and she was absolutely stoked with how beautiful they were
I have been using Bloomex.ca and Bloomex.au for many years. I cant say that every order has gone without a hicup but I can say that if that happens, Bloomex is always there to make up for any problems.
This is great for out of country relatives or for those occasions when you realize it is to late to get your parcel there. They also have some great sales on flowers, recently sent my wife 24 Equado roses, they were large and beautiful .. Will continue to use Bloomex and have recommended them to others. Needed flowers in hurry just hope they arrive on time,tried to order off other site then came across this one and they did have lovely flowers would use again if these arrive on time and my friend comments to me on their beauty.
GOOD POINTS: **Very good price for the flowers, they are very cheap and affordable compared to alot of other stores.
NEGATIVE POINTS: **I signed up & paid an extra $40 for a year free shipping, which does not automatically go on your account you have to add a code everytime, but it only allows you to add 1 code, if you have another discount code you want to add it wont let you which, rediculous system. **I have had issue with ordering flowers for a funeral or sympathy & they turned up being BRIGHT Yellow or Orange when i specifically ordered white & purple for a funeral. **Be warned Customer Service are very unprofessional & extremely hard to understand (overseas call center), they do not help resolve issues, it just confused me even more, then hung up on me.
