Ordered 24 roses to be delivered Saturday 28th of February, by 2pm I noticed the flowers had not arrived, I called them and they said around 5pm the roses will be delivered. the flowers arrived 24 hrs later, on Sunday 1st of March in the afternoon,( we left 12:30 pm to go to another party and arrived back home at 7 pm to find the box of roses on my doorstep)
On Saturday was a special occasion coz we threw a 60th birthday party for my wife.
I rang BLOOMEX, MONDAY MORNING, Bloomex only offer to replace the bunch of roses or give me a credit note, but it's too late, the party and celebration are over, the special day was on Saturday.
I only want a refund because they didn't honour the agreement, and they refuse to do it.
Someone in that company made a mistake, and the customer has to pay for it,that's unfair.

I live in the UK and wanted to send some flowers to my daughter-in-law in Melbourne for a special birthday. I placed the order on 9 March for delivery on 12 March, thinking this was sufficient notice. I thought the flowers were reasonably priced but thought the delivery charge was slightly excessive, and this was for next day delivery even though it was 3 days hence. (there was no other alternative delivery charge). I duly received email confirmation of the order with said delivery date of 12 March.
We skyped the family on 13 March to find out the flowers had not arrived. 2 days later they had still not turned up, so my son rang the company and, as with previous reviewers, found the call centre unhelpful and noisy and bad attitude. My son was told a complimentary bunch of flowers would be delivered by way of an apology, but they never materialised.
I emailed Bloomex to see what was happening, expressing my disgust at the service, and didn't even have the courtesy of a reply. I then received an email from them outlining a new delivery date and the flowers duly turned up on 17 March - nearly a week late. The oasis was completely dry so they had obviously been left somewhere and the delivery note had the original delivery date on it - 12 March.
Like previous reviewers, I wish I had read some of them before placing an order. I will certainly never ever use this company again and my son has advised me to send my complaint to the Australian trading standards.

Abysmal service from the moment I paid. I ordered, and paid for, same day delivery for a really special occasion - the flowers weren't delivered for another 24hrs, and also to the totally wrong address. I had to arrange separate courier for the flowers to be delivered to the correct address which, when they finally arrived, looked nothing like the flowers I had ordered, and we're entirely innapropriate for the special occasion. When chasing this up with Bloomex, I was given the run around and no help whatsoever. Still no refund on my same day delivery.
Absolutely abysmal service. Never use them.

I placed an order for flowers for a funeral I was not able to attend 2 days in advance. There was then an avalanche of emails about the status of the order-one of these said the order had been delivered a day early. I contacted Bloomex and they said everything was fine the order would proceed at the allotted time and place. A day after the funeral I was contacted to say that the flowers were not delivered on time, they were a day late and dead and would I like to have them resent-not very helpful when the funeral was the day before.
I was given a store credit of the original amount, nothing for the inconvenience and embarrassment of not having the flowers at the funeral-very poor customer service!!
Two orders in one week, both not delivered when promised, even though I paid for same day delivery. customer service not even bothered to reply to my emails.
Never use this company - they delivered on the wrong day (after me double checking it would be mothers day), the flowers were wilted and the bunch mainly consisted of leaves and the card wasn't signed. Advised the company three times of the problem and no response - and the live operator closed the session the first time I complained and the second time showed no interest in fixing the problem and said "ok" when I advised I will be reversing the payment. Now a credit card dispute is taking place.

Wow what a prompt reply - not! No the issue was never resolved - you are a bunch of rip off merchants. I hope your business fails sooner rather than later.
I ordered flowers for a funeral with 2 beforehand.
The flowers were delivered a day later than planned and the item delivered was much inferior than the photo indicated.
The bouquet was a $55 arrangement (excluding card and delivery). The delivered product appeared to be a $15 bunch of flowers.
I complained to Bloomex, who have not addressed the delivery issue but stated that the delivered product may not match the photo - so my bad luck I guess. Their remediation was a store credit excluding delivery, a 50% refund in cash would have been more useful but I am more put off by the bad outcome than cost.
